Real-time Monitoring
Pintail’s SwifTest-MAX provides immediate alerts and triggers from the ATE based upon the specific product (device) being tested. For example, if yield trends out of control, or certain parametric measures drift, SwifTest-MAX can immediately alert the operator or product engineer. This monitoring may be performed on a totally local basis without reference to a database system like TestScape.
